There are a few things I hope to accomplish with sharing my Burningman pictures with you blogging community. 1. To give you a little insight (especially you mom) about what BM is 2. To show off my awesome outfits I handmade. 3. To embrace my inner hippie.

1. Goggles and dust masks were a necessity. Dust storms were prevalent and much needed.

Interactive art. Burningman is kind of like stepping out of reality into a Tim Burton movie.

It's not everyday you get to float around in giant multicolored balloons.

Some people found God out there.

Others just played giant Jenga.

Hayley and I went into the "Little Crack Whore Kissing Booth."

Giant tree made of bones. So Nightmare Before Christmas-y.

My favorite art car.

I love this woman. Angie saved my sanity.

These were soooo cool! Giant stick figures. With the jelly behind it. The Jellyfish was our camp's art car. An art car is a mutant vehicle. Kind of like a parade float, only way cooler.

Anthony playing his set on the Temple of Boom

TuTu Tuesday. I made Anthony this tutu. And he wore it. Good sport he is.

Flaming Lotus Girls giant metal sculptures LOVE this art. It was my fav. They had a garden of these giant metal flaming HUGE flowers. SOO amazing.

Double rainbows

Basically, Burningman is:
Radical Self-Reliance
Non-consumer-industrialized ideals
You aren't allowed to buy or sell anything there
NO littering. No "moop" everything you bring you take out. No trace.
51,000 people of extremely enlightened, conscious beings sharing everything they have to offer for free or trade.
It's great to escape to a world not polluted with industry, alternative motives, brainwashing propaganda, crooked politicians, war and Rush Limbaugh.
